1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between le89 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the le89 online betting and gaming platform available at le89.io ("the Service"). le89 is an online betting and gaming platform offering sports wagering, live casino games, slots, crash games, and related services to players in the Bangladesh market.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed. le89 may decline registration or close an account without providing a reason if eligibility requirements are not met.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may maintain only one active account on le89. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed and any outstanding balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and keep that information current throughout your use of the Service. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your le89 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. le89 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

le89 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal is processed. le89 reserves the right to restrict account activity until KYC verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

le89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). le89 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. le89 does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

4.3 Transaction Fees

le89 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard service charges, which are outside le89's control. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during Bangladesh public holidays, or where additional verification is required. le89 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending fraud investigation, KYC completion, or bonus wagering requirement fulfilment.

4.5 Funds Ownership

Funds deposited into your le89 account are held for the purpose of gaming activity only. Your account balance does not constitute a debt owed to you by le89 until a valid withdrawal request has been approved and processed. Deposited funds do not accrue interest under any circumstances.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the le89 system and an official bet receipt has been issued. Bets placed after market closing time, after an event has commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered), or on suspended markets are void. le89 bears no responsibility for bets that fail due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

5.2 Odds and Markets

All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. le89 reserves the right to correct any odds that are published due to a manifest error (palpable error). In the event of a palpable error, bets accepted at the incorrect odds may be voided or settled at the correct odds, at le89's discretion. Players will be notified of any settlement adjustments.

5.3 Cancelled and Abandoned Events

If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. For cricket matches, specific abandonment rules apply to matches interrupted by weather or other factors — these are detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

le89 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event across all sports and casino products. These limits are stated within the relevant product rules pages. le89 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player at any time, without being required to provide a reason for such limitation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by le89 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods are stated on each individual promotion page. Bets placed on markets with odds below the stated minimum, or on excluded game categories, will not count towards wagering requirements.

6.3 One Bonus Per Account

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to each new player once only, per person, per household, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a new-player bonus from a second account, through a shared device, or via a VPN to circumvent geographic or account restrictions will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

le89 monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, hedging bets across accounts, placing low-risk combinations solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other strategy intended to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, le89 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and permanently restrict the player's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the le89 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or betting market for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Money laundering or using le89 to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Charging back any transaction made to your le89 account through your payment provider.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions, account restrictions, or IP-based limits applied by le89.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at le89 staff or other players via any channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the le89 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, odds data, software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of le89 or its licensed content providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of le89.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or events outside le89's reasonable control, including power outages, telecommunications failures, or natural disasters. le89 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. le89 does not guarantee that any player will achieve winnings from any product on the platform. Players should wager only amounts they can comfortably afford to lose. Losses incurred through normal gameplay do not constitute grounds for a claim against le89.
